Individual counseling usually last 50 minutes.
During this time you are able to talk about and uncover issues that may be impacting your life in negative ways. This is done in a safe, supportive, non judgmental, environment.
I am trained to help you discover how your thoughts and feelings may be influencing your behaviors and identify ways to resolve issues that are troubling to you.
You will also learn ways to manage issues like eating and substance use disorders, depression, anxiety or other mental health issues you may have.
